Business email
What your business email includes
Our business email gives your team professional addresses on your own domain: personal mailboxes, additional addresses for tasks such as inquiries or invoices, and distribution lists for entire departments. We set everything up, maintain the configuration and make sure your messages reach their recipients.
Mailboxes are hosted on servers in a data center in Germany. You read and write email in the browser or in the email program you already use – and when you have questions, you talk to a dedicated contact who knows your setup. The service is designed for small and medium-sized businesses, medical practices and associations.

Your own domains
Addresses on your domain – also for several domains or brands. We set up the required DNS records or give you exact instructions.
Mailboxes and aliases
Personal mailboxes for your team plus additional addresses that arrive in an existing mailbox, without the need for another mailbox.
Distribution lists
One address for a whole group: messages reach every member. New colleagues are added in just a few steps.
Spam and phishing protection
Incoming messages are checked before they reach the mailbox. Unwanted advertising and suspicious messages are flagged or filtered out.
DMARC reporting
We analyze the reports from receiving mail servers and spot whether someone is misusing your domain or whether your own messages are being rejected.
Webmail in the browser
Access your mailbox from any computer with an internet connection – no installation required, in addition to your email program.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC – explained in plain terms
For your email to arrive and not end up in the spam folder, the receiving server has to be able to verify that it really comes from you. Three methods work together to make this possible. We set them up for your domain and keep an eye on them whenever new services are added.
The DMARC reports that large email providers send back regularly are hard to read for non-specialists. We analyze them for you and tell you in plain language whether everything is in order – for example, when a newsletter service or a copier with a scan function is not yet authorized to send on your behalf.
- SPF defines which servers are allowed to send email for your domain – similar to a list of authorized senders.
- DKIM adds a digital signature to every outgoing message. The recipient can use it to confirm that the message was not altered in transit.
- DMARC tells the recipient how to handle messages that fail these checks and makes sure you receive reports about them.
Moving existing mailboxes
Already using email with another provider? We support the move: we take stock of your existing mailboxes, aliases and distribution lists, recreate them, transfer your previous messages and folders if you wish and switch the DNS records of your domain at an agreed time. That way your team can keep working with as little interruption as possible.
Afterwards, we set up webmail and email programs on the devices of your team or provide short instructions so that everyone can switch over on their own.

Frequently asked questions
Good to know
Can I keep my existing domain?
Yes. Your domain remains yours. We only adjust the DNS records so that email arrives on our servers from then on. If you wish, we can also take over the management of the domain.
Where is my email stored?
On servers in a data center in Germany. Mailboxes are backed up regularly. A second site in Switzerland, independent of Germany, is in preparation.
Can I keep using my usual email program?
Yes. In addition to webmail in the browser, you can use common email programs on PCs, laptops and smartphones. We help you set them up.
What do I gain from DMARC reporting?
You find out whether your email arrives correctly authenticated and whether third parties are trying to send in your name. This protects your customers from forged messages and can improve the delivery of your own email.
How much does business email cost?
Prices are available on request. They depend mainly on the number of mailboxes, the storage required and the effort involved in a migration.
